The public authorities of the future are accessible any time, any place: The platform can be easily used on a desktop or mobile device such as a smartphone. The digital office contains all digital office services, which are available any time and any place via mobile phone signature and Face- or TouchID. Easy handling by the user is secured by a highly secure 2-factor authentication.

Further functions such as the integration of My Inbox are currently being planned. For official digital enquiries, the chatbot named Mona is also available as an administrative assistant to provide advice and assistance. Currently, Mona can answer questions on the passport reminder service and mobile phone signatures and is continuously being expanded. As the general contractor, the BRZ has technically implemented the project together with the Austrian IT industry and is responsible for its operation. For the first time, proven e-government procedures and standards are combined with an intuitive user interface in one mobile app. The digital office, powered by BRZ, sets new global standards in administration.
